This system uses removable purifier cartridges to reduce contaminants while maintaining continuous operation and analytical performance. The purifier cartridges are constructed from metal and glass, preventing the diffusion of external contaminants. During cartridge replacement, built-in check valves automatically seal the system from atmospheric exposure, ensuring the protection of gas purity.
