The VICI DBS "NGC" Series Zero Air Generator utilize a stainless steel and platinum catalyst technology to produce Zero Grade Air with less than 0.1 ppm total hydrocarbons measured as methane. All that is required is simple connection to an existing compressed a supply and then electricity. Zero Grade Air is produced shortly after startup. “NGC” Series Zero Air Generators have been designed with carefully matched components to assure long-term trouble-free operation with user-friendly features. A front display status screen allows the user to see operational status of the system and indicates when attention is required for maintenance or troubleshooting. Input filtration with automatic drains allow the system to be connected to any compressed air supply and integrated final filtration provides a final polish before gas enters sensitive instruments. Integrated controls maintain proper catalyst temperature, pressure and flow.
