- 3540 Series Heated Dual-Stage Regulator - Brass
Product Description
The 3540 Series regulator is an electrically heated dual-stage regulator used for non-corrosive liquefied gases with up to 3000 psi inlet pressure. It is specifically designed to prevent freeze-up problems associated with high flows of carbon dioxide. As CO2 passes through a regulator seat, dry ice can form if the flow is too high, causing the regulator to freeze up.
Applications
• Chemical storage blanketing
• Anaerobic chambers
• Inert gas purging
• Atomic absorption oxidizer gas
• Semiconductor reactor furnace
• Inductively coupled plasma systems
• Ph control
