Torch Compatibility
Each of these TIG Torch Heads can be used on any modular TIG Torch in the 150M Series, 200M Series, or 225M Series.
NOTE:
The choice of torch head will limit the maximum recommended amperage used for the torch.
- For example, Item 9-70M-MS is a 70° Torch Head with a maximum amperage rating of 125 Amp, regardless of the torch with which it is used.
- Conversely, when a 200 Amp head is used on a 150M Series torch, 150 Amp is the maximum usable amperage.
- In short, the maximum usable amperage is the LOWER of the ratings of the torch itself and the torch head.
