These all-metal hoses have service pressures of up to 3000 psig. They are manufactured with 1/4” FPT connections. A variety of end connectors can be installed on the hose. These 316 stainless steel hoses are supplied with a stainless steel armor to protect the hose from kinking, braid abrasion and stress at the ends.

• Connector Material
Connectors installed on the end of the hose are available in Brass and Stainless Steel.  Stainless Steel is preferred in high purity appliations.

Note: The following connectors are only available in Stainless Steel: 1/4" FNPT, CGA 705, DISS 714, DISS 716, DISS 718, DISS 724, 1/4" VCR-M, and 1/4" VCR-F.  The following fitting is only available in Brass: CGA 280.

• Inlet Check Valves
Check valves integral to the CGA fitting will help maintain system purity during a cylinder change as air will not be introduced into the flex hoses during cylinder changes.  Inlet check valves installed with other fittings will prevent the back flow of gases.
