Product Description
Matheson 5M Series Mini Manifolds provide a cost effective gas distribution system for up to four cylinders. This system consists of a compact brass manifold and stainless steel flex hoses with brass CGA cylinder connections mounted on a heavy duty mounting bracket. While the standard CGA bushing on the outlet is ideal for cylinder regulators, many other outlet connections are available. The low profile bracket is ideal for use with a single stage regulator while an optional bracket is available for dual stage regulators. Our Mini Manifolds can easily be used to increase the cylinder capacity of a two cylinder SwitchPro™ automatic switchover system or they can be used in an Assist Gas delivery system. Many options are available including six foot long flex hoses, CGA check valves, and cylinder holders. (Photo does not reflect the actual flex hoses used)
Standard Configuration
• Brass manifold block
• Heavy duty stainless steel mounting bracket
• 3 foot long stainless steel hoses
• Brass CGA connections
• CGA bushing on outlet
• Mounting holes for 3/8” screws
Options
• Hoses
The standard three foot long hoses work well with cylinders that can easily be secured close to the Mini Manifold. Six foot long hoses are useful when hard to position cylinder bundles or dewars are the gas source
• CGA Check Valves
Check valves integral to the CGA fitting will help maintain system purity during a cylinder change as air will not be introduced into the manifold and flex hoses during cylinder changes.
• Bracket for Two-Stage Regulator
The standard low profile bracket is ideal for use with a single stage regulator. This optional bracket is for two-stage regulators and will allow the manifold to be mounted without any interference from the extra depth of a two-stage regulator.
