• Selectable flow rates from 0.3-8 SLPM: 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 5.0. 6.0, 7.0, 8.0
• Inlet gauge: 3000 psig (600 psig for CGA 600)
• Inlet filter: 40 micron
